Attractions that you should be aware of opening 2021

 First of all, I should probably start with "Hi, it's been a while"! 

Last time I wrote a blog or uploaded to Insta, was in September... So yes It's been a long time coming. 

To be fully truthful, Ive been super busy working in the industry at some of the coolest events across a couple of the nation's theme park resorts. Alas... here we are now, back and ready to go better than ever! 

So with 2020 finally out of the way, it's time to look forward to some amazing things arriving and opening in 2021. 

Let's have a peak shall we?! 

Judge Dredd Uprising: The Live Experience, London, UK

This  Huge immersive project is set to open in spring of 2021. 

Based in London, you can expect an totally immersive experience, think a mix of interactive gameplay, such as an escape room, actors used throughout to add an element of immersive theatre and part theme park... oh and it's all based within a multi-level building! 

This is going to be one project you don't want to miss!! 

Genting's Skyworlds, Malaysia

This is a project that I've been following for a while... sadly it hasn't received as nearly as much attention as I think it should have... so Im going to give it some love! 

This Huge Theme Park project takes some of fox's most famous IP's, such as Aliens, Planet Of The Apes, Iceage and creates an enormous theme park in the clouds! 

I say in the clouds... because this place is literally.... In. The.Clouds. Towering at a whopping 6,000ft up a mountain. 

The attractions look world class too! With a huge SFX coaster being built along with a number of impressive dimensional attractions. 

Opening in the later park of 2021, this is one project you won't want to miss! 

Croc Drop, Chessington, UK 

While this isn't such an expansive project, as the previous two listed... I still believe it holds some weight in the UK industry. 

Im talking of course about 'Croc Drop' coming to Chessington World Of Adventures in the UK. 

This new attraction will mark the first major investment to the park in many many years. 

With some incredible rock work, already towering over the park's skyline... this drop tower is going to be a highly themed and immersive experience! 

It just looks so impressive and I personally can not wait to ride this amazing looking drop tower! 

Gangsta Granny: The Ride, Alton Towers, UK 

Another great addition to the Uk industry is the gently delayed Gangsta Granny. 

Coming soon to the Alton Towers Resort is this dark ride on taking things to another level. 

Combining, physical sets, screens, smells and special effects all set to the tone of the David Walliams famous book, this will be a great addition to the resort and family market. 

Universal Studios Beijing, Beijing 

Of course everybody is talking about the this HUGE resort opening in 2021! 

Combining the best of the Universal brands, some of the highlights here would have to the be the highly anticipated Jurassic World: The Ride! 

It's going to be amazing, looking at what's to come we can expect a dark ride, with animatronics and all sorts of trick tracks and effects!
