Summertime Splendours: 3 Unmissable Theme Park Events

With the summer in full swing, the hot long days and nights are upon us, with park's having been open for almost a month, we can all soak in the beauty of being back in some of our favourite spots!

Today I wanted to offer some light reading, perhaps a slight nod in the right direction for some people.

There are loads of amazing events happing in parks around the country... but I wanted to highlight 3 that stood out!

In no particular order, let's go!

Late Summer Riding - Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Yep as a load of you will already know, the Pleasure Beach is open until as late as 10pm on select nights!

To me nothing says summer, like walking around an amusement park at night in the balmy heat, with rollercoasters whizzing, music blasting and all the lights twinkling!

It's an atmosphere that can only be found a few times a year... so make the most of it!

While the dates for late night riding continue throughout the winter too... your summer dates are:

August 8th and August 29th

Have a blast by the beach this summer!

Summer Holidays Fun - BeWILDerwood

A park that may have gone undetected by some.... is the BeWILDerwood Parks in Norfolk and Cheshire!

They are open for the summer holidays, offering a more outdoorsy experience to the traditional theme park.

Nestled in the forest you can find expansive play structures, slides, story telling and crafts... this place is so magical you can only access it by taking the park's wonderful boat ride down the river!

This is perfect for family's who want to experience something a little different for the day and go explore the great outdoors together!

Their Summer Holidays event, filled with enhanced show times and arts and crafts fun runs until September 1st!

Southbank Is Back! - Merlin's Magic London

Yes as announced the other day, the mid-way attractions in London will officially open for the summer and beyond.

So if you want to get your dungeons fix, mingle with the stars at Madame Tussauds or perhaps go on an adventure with Shrek?!

Now you can!

The London Dungeons
Shrek's adventure
Madame Tussauds
Sealife
London Eye

All of the above attractions around London are open from August 1st and onwards!

Wrap Up:
