Warner Bros PARIS?! - ( Pt 2 )

Warner Bros Paris?! - ( Pt 2 )

As Promised here is the 2nd part to my article all based around the fairly recent rumour that a potential Warner Bros World indoor theme park could be getting built in Paris!

Now if you haven't checked out part one, please go ahead and do that first before reading on. Otherwise let's dive straight back in!!

We left off last time, speaking about any potential attractions or themed areas that could appear in this mammoth new project! We know WB has a HUGE catalog of IP's in which it could choose from.

But so far as the rumours and speculation suggests, here is a list of some of the movies in which we could see come to life!

As always please remember these are just rumours and non of what's to follow is based off of hard facts, only mutterings within the theme park enthusiast community.

With that out the way, here we go:

Sherlock Holmes:

Of course everyone's favourite detective from London is on the case.

This could have obvious possible themed elements, such as cobbled streets, an old London Town feel, think a slightly more hi-tech version of dickens world, in Kent in the UK.

Not to mention a whole host of possible dark rides, attractions that could feature here!

Willy Wonker And The Chocolate Factory:

Based off of the WB owned original would be the best fit here!

Imagine entering into that famous factory dream like landscape, complete with a chocolate flowing river!

The number one ride here that is on everyone's lips is of course the famous boat ride!

Imagine a Pirates style ride, where combining scenes of chocolaty goings on around the factory, and pump in some of the smells of M&M World and hey presto!

Tom and Jerry:

How could they not include these two classic characters, after a smash hit ride ' Tom and Jerry's Swiss cheese Spin' in Abu Dhabi.

Not to mention the very successful and ever popular character meet and greet opportunities to meet Tom and Jerry themselves!

This to me is really a no brainer. What a great addition it would be. Just as Disney Parks have their park staples, could we see WB have Tom and Jerry as one of their own park classic features?

The Wizard Of OZ:

Ah this Hollywood olden goldie will never cease to amaze audiences and families alike!

This would be another very strong addition, the yellow brick road, emerald city and all of the songs and characters that make up this lovable movie.

Could we see a whole recreation of munchkin town? Who knows?!

Looney Toones:

Just like every movie studio has their head, WB needs to have their famous bunny front and centre!

Bugs and the gang will no doubt have a very strong presence throughout the entire park!
From character meet and greets, to potential dark rides.

Perhaps even a few copies of what we have seen in Abu Dhabi.
Such as the ACME shooter: Ani-Mayhem?!

Or the living character show with bugs himself?

DC Superheros:

Of course Warner Bros always has its classic cartoon hero selection.

I wouldn't be surprised if we see rides within the similar vain as to Abu Dhabi here.

With Incredible theming and immense rides, not to mention live shows and character appearances from the heroes themselves, this is by far the strongest area we could see being copied over.

But in noway is that a bad thing, just look at that Zamperla Disc'o! WOW!

There we have it then, These so far are the strongest IP's to potentially appear within the Warner Bros Paris Park?!

What would you like to see within the gates of this new indoor world?!

I want to send another big shout out over to the folks at Theme Park University!
They have also done a great article on The Warner Bros Paris Park.
So check them out. I will leave a link at the bottom of the article.

There we go then, a two part series on the WB Park.  There is no estimated opening ballpark as of yet, but lets hope its not too long!

keep checking the blog for more upcoming articles, usually a few every week, on everything theme park and themed entertinament related!!

So I guess for the final time in these WB articles its time for me to say...
