3 international theme parks you can visit within 1 hours drive of the UK.

Don't get me wrong here, I love the UK parks, in fact we have some of the best in the world.

But from time to time, everyone needs a shake up and to experience something new...

Well today I present you with a list of 3 awesome parks you can visit, less then an hours drive from the Uk's Eurotunnel.

Of course ... full disclosure, you will need to use the Eurotunnel in all of these cases, but from there it's only around an hours drive!

So pack the car out with some mates, grab your snacks and cross the boarder for some theme park fun!

Bellewaerde - Belgium

A charming park, filled with all kinds of coasters, flats and attractions.

The thing for me that is most striking about the park is how photogenic it is.

Looking at some of the beautiful landscapes, elements of theming and not to mention a whole host of park mascots and characters.

One attraction not to miss is the legendary Wakala, a stunning jr coaster that is a load of fun and great theming too!

This park is well worth a visit!

Bagatelle - France

This park is cute, its full of green spaces and some wonderful attractions

Ok being real here, there isn't loads of thrilling or 'E-Ticket' coasters or experiences here.

However for a change of scene and to experience a new park, it's worth a trip!!

Filled with a couple of must see coasters and other mild but wild rides this park will have you gently meandering around all day!

Think of this as an almost relaxing park!

Plopsaland De Panne - Belgium

This is possibly the number one of the list!

It's closest to the Eurotunnel drop off and is home to some absolute slam dunk attractions.

Home to a classic woody, Heidi - The Ride, or the stunning coaster Anubis - The Ride!

You will want to check this park out.

It's easily doable for a day trip, being fairly inexpensive, give it a go and have fun!

Wrap Up

So there you have it, just a few suggestions for some other possible options if your based in the UK!
