3 Attractions I would Love To See At 3 Different Merlin Theme Parks

Well, a very happy Monday to you all!

The sun is shining today as we move into March, spring has arrived, and with it comes a glimpse of some Theme Park magic!

There is not long to go before Theme Parks open back up here in the UK! As we get prepped to move into the 2021 season, I wanted to share my thoughts on what I would love to see in the future for a variety of UK Parks!

Think of this as somewhat of an attraction's Wish - List'....

(Please remember, as always, these are just my own thoughts and opinions. Not everyone is going to agree and that is ok! The best part about being in the coaster community is discussion! I would love to hear your own thoughts, get involved on our socials Insta: @coastersamblog, Youtube: Coaster Sam Blog)

Right, with that out the way let's jump into what these 4 attractions are and for which park?!

Water Coaster - Chessington World Of Adventures

This park is one of my favorites in the country... That's no secret!

I love it, the mixture of theming and quality rides make this park stand out of the crowd within the family and thrill markets!

One attraction that I have always thought would go down swimmingly is a water coaster!

Think along the lines of Flying Dutchman at Efteling! A fully themed dark boat ride, mixed with an exiting coaster and a splashdown finale!

Plus there are so many themes you could down with this, Maybe an expedition down the Nile! An ancient ruin that sets you off on this whirlwind adventure!!

One thing that makes Chessington's choices so strong is the clear lands and themed stories around the park.. this ride could and would be no exception to this!

Oh, what I would give to see this come to Chessington!

On another note, I can not wait for Croc Drop, It looks amazing!

B&M HYPER - Thorpe Park

One thing we all know that Thorpe does so well is... coasters!

With its already sizzling hot lineup of some impressive rollercoasters Ive always thought a B&M Hyper would go down so well here.

Of course, who remembers when the internet nearly crashed over the apparent teaser a few years ago seemingly giving hints towards an 'out and back' Hyper... well I think it could be great!

Thorpe is known for its impressive skyline, just imagine a beautiful out and back hyper in the sunset twilight!

Perhaps built on another island, as they did with the Swarm, this could serve as another major investment for the park, which fans have been crying out for!

Let's keep everything crossed!

Indoor Coaster - Alton Towers

Hear me out for this one....

So I know 'The Black Hole' was around for many years and beloved by a number of generations....

However, I feel it's time to bring another indoor coaster back to Towers!

With their ever-growing event series in the winter, this could really serve as an all-year-round coaster, meaning as a lineup addition it would get more crowds through the gates year-round and offer up perhaps a wider audience to some of the seasonal events!

If you think along the lines of 'Temple Of The Night Hawk'... now while that coaster, sure is massive and long, it's a family experience that has riders going through its gates all year round!

This is what Towers are so good at capturing the family market by finding that balance of an attraction that is THRILLING and FUN!

I just think this could be a great option for the park and would love to see it in the future!
